Chef de partie

We are looking for an experienced independent chef for a minimum of 28 hours per week. De Brandweerkantine is a young and dynamic company, open for breakfast/lunch during the day and dinner in the evening. We work with a regularly changing menu and place great emphasis on high-quality ingredients. Whenever possible, we use organic and/or free-range meat and seasonal products. Shiftleader

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the daily service during your shift. You lead the team, assign tasks, and ensure strong collaboration between service, bar, and kitchen. You safeguard the quality of service and hospitality and act as the first point of contact for both team members and guests. In addition, you support new colleagues and actively contribute to a positive
and professional working atmosphere.

All-round Service staff

As an all-round Team Member, you work independently in service and ensure an optimal guest experience. You welcome guests, take orders, and actively support both the service and bar operations. During your shift, you assist the shift leader and help colleagues coordinate tasks on the floor.
You are a point of contact for the team and contribute to smooth collaboration. In addition, you monitor cleanliness, quality, and compliance with service and hygiene standards. We are looking for a guest-focused, stress-resistant team player with hospitality experience and a strong sense of responsibility, available for at least 28 hours per week and flexible in a dynamic environment.
